Serritella is excited to announce that Ryan Ferguson will be the Executive Chef and Culinary Director over Serritella, COSA, and Serritella Market.
Ryan joins us after serving as Executive Chef of Fachini in Highland Park Village for the past 2 years. Ryan has over a decade of experience at some of the most sought after Italian restaurants in Dallas.
COSA Speakeasy Lounge will serve cocktails, bites and live music in a harmonious blend of vintage charm and modern luxury. Impeccable design, dimmed lighting, and bespoke furnishings create an atmosphere for a date night or a night out with friends.
There will be a semi-private membership to COSA that will allow members preferred entry, hours, seating, discounted menu items, and member exclusive events.
This space can also be used for private events.
Serritella Market will feature a cold case with our fresh steaks, seafood and house made sausage and meatballs.
Fresh made pasta, gelato, breads, wine and sandwiches will be available to go as well as takeout from the restaurant.
